We need a Hematology/Oncology provider starting as soon as credentialed in Michigan!

Dates of Coverage needed – ASAP (once credentialed) - TBD
- Mon – Thurs schedule
- 8am – 4:30pm each day
- If no clinic patients, this will be 100% hospital coverage
- If clinic patients,
- Clinic is 8am – 12pm
- hospital rounding 12pm – 4:30pm
- Overtime is only accrued after 40 hours worked each week
- Friday schedule
- 8am – 12pm (no clinic)
- Average number of inpatient is 10-12
- There is support staff (NP providers)
- Weekend call coverage will be 1:2
- Provider must be within 30 minutes of the hospital while on call

Average number of patients per day - OP: 14-16 IP: 10-15 VARIES
1 APP Covers hospital; 2 HEME/ONC
On-site lab and radiology services available
EMR :CERNER
Flight, car, fuel, mileage, hotel is a $150 cap (including taxes) - rental car must be refueled before returned
McLaren Does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etc
McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingSUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Board certified: Required
DEA: Required at time of start
MI license: Required at time of start
No malpractice – No malpractice is preferred but would accept minimal malpractice
BLS - Required
