We are needing a Locum Urgent Care provider for ASAP coverage in NJ.
- ASAP - ongoing
- Mon - Sun, 8:30a-8:30p
- Willing to look at any provider who can work 4+ weekend shifts per month (current provider pool requirement)
- 36 patients per day
- Reason for need: provider absences
- EMR: Cerner
- Urgent care patients - all ages
- See PD for additional information regarding required procedures
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-45 days
- Support Staff: Some sites are single-covered. Others have 2 providers, and the busiest sites have 3. One provider is always a physician but the 2nd and onward can be a mid-level provider(APP)
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified - Required
- Active NJ License - Required
- BLS - Required
- Local candidates, will NOT reimburse for flights - Required
- Clean background/no malpractice - Highly Preferred
- Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required - Verbal Confirmation needed at time of name clear
- Must submit weekend availability along with how many total shifts (per month) and how many consecutive shifts the provider can do at time of name clear. - REQUIRED
