Practice Description: 
Schedule: Mon-Fri (8:00am-5:00pm) **Has flex (i.e. 9-6, 8:30-5: 30, 7-4, etc.) 
Sat (8:00am-12:00pm)**very rare but may have some patients over the weekend 

Census: 4 patients per hour 
50% Surgery (biopsies, excisions, electrodessications) 
50% Non-Surgery (Skin Checks, Cancer Checks, Rashes, etc.) 

90% Adult Patients 10% Peds Patients 
Requirements: 
-CA License (**or 1-2 months of obtaining one) 
-DEA 
-BC/BE in Dermatology (BC highly preferred) 
-client offers BLS training for their candidates 
**Prefer the candidate NOT be fellowship trained** They believe that they will be able to teach and mold a candidate to their practice culture better who has not gone through fellowship** 

Salary: 400k-500k **(More Salary if candidate has exp. w/ cosmetics)/ **(Some of the salary/bonus is collection % based) 

Benefits: Medical/Dental/401k/ Profit Sharing 
**They do offer relocation reimbursement (provided that the candidate stays for 2+ years) 

Experience: 1-2 years of exp (General Derm) or more 
**Fine w/ General Derm but big plus if they do cosmetics. 
**DO NOT Need more Derm Surgeons, they have that already covered.... 

Start Date: August/July 2017 
**Their search has been going on since August 2016 

Their Practice/Team: 
-Family/Team Player Atmosphere 
-15 lazers, 2-3 Exam Rooms, Brand new office 
-2 Fellowship trained Dermatologists 
-2 Surgeons, 2 General Derms, 3 partners (Dermatologist) 
-2 PA's , 2 MA's (One dedicated MA scribe, 1 regular MA) 

**Eventually looking for someone who will stay 2-5 years, hopefully someone who has the motivation to make partner one day
